Provider Instructions to Partner with Rev Support

1. Create an account at myrevsupport.com using your company email or click Create an account below

2. Log in.

3. Go to Providers  

4. Select Partner with Rev Support

5. Download, review and sign attached documents and email them to Partner@myrevsupport.com

6. Go to Providers

7. Schedule a New Partner Meeting to personally welcome you, discuss or answer any questions and to confirm all documents have been received.
